Foundry RX is a LegitScript certified, physician-supervised telehealth platform built for people who expect more than a prescription and a pamphlet. We provide personalized GLP-1 and USA-made peptide protocols designed and overseen by board-certified clinicians, delivered directly to your door.
Yes. Foundry RX is LegitScript certified — the gold standard for online healthcare merchants, recognized by Visa, Mastercard, Google, and major payment networks. This certification verifies that our platform, prescribers, and pharmacy partners meet rigorous compliance and safety standards.
Yes. All GLP-1 medications and peptide protocols require a valid prescription from a licensed clinician. As part of your Foundry RX protocol, a provider reviews your intake, evaluates your candidacy, and issues a prescription if appropriate. You do not need to bring a prescription from another provider.
Most telehealth platforms optimize for volume. Foundry RX is built for precision. Every protocol is individualized, every member has direct access to their clinician, and every compound is sourced from an FDA-registered 503B pharmacy using USA-made ingredients. We are LegitScript certified and do not use automated protocols or one-size-fits-all dosing.
Most members complete intake and receive their protocol within 3 to 5 business days. After your provider approves your prescription, your medication ships directly from our pharmacy partner with complimentary delivery included.
Yes. All compounds offered through Foundry RX are prepared using USA-made ingredients at an FDA-registered 503B compounding pharmacy. We do not source from overseas facilities or unverified suppliers.
GLP-1
GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonists are a class of medications that mimic a hormone your body produces naturally after eating. They regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve insulin sensitivity. The result for most people is reduced hunger, better blood sugar control, and meaningful results over time.
Foundry RX offers physician-supervised semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols, compounded at an FDA-registered 503B facility using USA-made ingredients. Your provider will determine which medication and starting dose is appropriate based on your health history, goals, and candidacy.
Most members notice a reduction in appetite within the first two to four weeks. Measurable changes typically become apparent at weeks four to eight. Meaningful results — typically 10 to 20 percent of body weight — are seen over a three to six month period with consistent adherence to your protocol.
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal — nausea, mild bloating, or changes in bowel habits — particularly in the first few weeks as your body adjusts. These typically resolve as your dose is titrated. Your provider will walk you through what to expect and how to manage any symptoms that arise.
That depends on your goals and how your body responds. Some members use GLP-1 as a short-term intervention, then transition to a maintenance protocol. Others continue long term. Your clinician will guide you through what makes sense for your situation — there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Appetite regulation and hunger suppression typically return to baseline after discontinuation. Some changes in progress are common without lifestyle interventions in place. Foundry RX providers work with members on exit strategies and maintenance protocols to help sustain results beyond the active treatment period.
Peptides
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins — that act as signaling molecules in the body. They can influence hormone production, cellular repair, immune response, and metabolic function. Foundry RX offers a curated range of research-grade peptide protocols supervised by board-certified clinicians.
Yes. All peptide protocols offered through Foundry RX are compounded using USA-made ingredients at an FDA-registered 503B compounding pharmacy. We do not source from overseas or unverified suppliers. Every compound is prepared under strict pharmaceutical-grade standards.
When prescribed and dosed by a qualified clinician, peptides have a strong safety profile. Like any compound, individual response varies. Foundry RX providers conduct a thorough intake review before recommending any peptide protocol and monitor members throughout their treatment.
Most Foundry RX peptide protocols are administered via subcutaneous injection — a small needle into the fatty tissue, typically at the abdomen. Some peptides are available in other forms. Your provider will review administration instructions with you and ensure you are comfortable before you begin.
Our current catalog includes protocols in categories such as growth hormone secretagogues, recovery and repair, metabolic support, cognitive performance, and immune optimization. All peptides are USA-made and compounded at an FDA-registered 503B facility. Availability is subject to regulatory status and physician discretion. Visit our protocols page for the current full catalog.
Consultations
Your initial consultation is a clinical intake with a Foundry RX provider. They will review your health history, current medications, goals, and any contraindications. If you are a candidate for a protocol, they will outline your options and next steps. There is no obligation to proceed.
Yes. Your initial consultation with a Foundry RX clinician is complimentary. We believe the decision to begin a protocol should be made with complete information and no financial pressure upfront.
Consultations and ongoing provider communication take place through our secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. After completing your intake form, you will receive instructions to access your patient portal and connect with your provider.
Yes. Direct provider access is a core component of your Foundry RX protocol. Members can message their clinician through the patient portal for protocol questions, side effect management, or dosing adjustments. This is not a chatbot — it is a clinician.
Orders, Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before your next order is processed. Foundry RX allows patients to cancel, pause, or postpone a subscription at any time before the next order is processed. Once an order has been approved, processed, or sent to the pharmacy, we may not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Because many Foundry RX products are prescription medications or personalized treatment products dispensed through licensed pharmacy partners, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once a prescription product has left the pharmacy. If there is an issue with your shipment, product condition, or order accuracy, please contact our support team within 15 days of fulfillment.
No. For patient safety and regulatory reasons, prescription products cannot be returned once they have been dispensed or shipped by the pharmacy. This applies even if the package is unopened.
Please contact Foundry RX support at members@foundryrx.co within 15 days of fulfillment if your order arrives damaged, appears incorrect, is missing items, or has a shipping issue. We will review the situation and work with the pharmacy or shipping carrier as appropriate.
Log in to your Foundry RX patient portal and update your shipping information before your next order is processed. Address changes must be made before the order is sent to the pharmacy. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
You can update your payment method through your Foundry RX patient portal. Go to Orders, select the product or subscription you want to manage, and update your payment method before the next billing date.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be available through your Foundry RX patient portal or sent to the email address associated with your account. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the pharmacy creates the shipment label.
Many Foundry RX treatments are set up for recurring refill timing based on your treatment plan. If you are running low or need help with a refill, log in to your patient portal or contact Foundry RX support before your next scheduled refill date.
